High Street Market and Deli is family owned and operated. It was bought in 2000 by Doobie Coates and has evolved from a corner market into a corner family deli. Doobie came from a foodie family with a father who owned a thriving coffee shop and bakery and a sister who was a classically trained chef. Doobie has traveled the world in search of inspiring new sandwich ideas. Doobie considers his sandwiches to a be a “perfect blend of East Coast traditions meets West Coast flavor and freshness”. He likes to take old school ideas and reinvent them with fresh produce and homemade products to showcase perfectly made sandwiches.
